Examples of Allstream in a sentence

  • If duly approved by Allstream, the Credits will be applied to Customer’s account to offset invoiced MRC.

  • To be eligible for service credits, the Customer must be in good standing with Allstream and current in all of its obligations.

  • If Customer fails to submit its request to Allstream in the manner set forth herein within, Customer will have waived its right to such service credits for that month.

  • No alteration or variation of the terms of any provision shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Allstream and the Customer.

  • If requested by Allstream, Customer shall complete a credit application.

  • Allstream shall provide reasonable notice under the circumstances to Customer prior to entering Customer’s point of presence to install, maintain or repair any of the Allstream Equipment.

  • Customer at its sole cost and expense shall be required to obtain space and power to support Allstream Equipment for the Service for the duration of the Service Term.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Customer cancels a Service or Service Order before the Service Activation Date, the Customer will pay a cancellation fee equal to the aggregate of one month of MRC, any installation costs, special construction costs and any other costs incurred by Allstream, whether previously waived or not, and any third party charges incurred by Allstream with respect to such cancelled Services.

  • However, notwithstanding Customer’s responsibility, if Allstream is required by a third party to obtain and maintain any such license to access the building or property, Customer agrees to reimburse Allstream for its costs related to obtaining and maintaining such licenses during the Service Term.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all Service Orders and other information that it provides to Allstream.
