Best management practice (BMP) means a structural device or nonstructural practice designed to temporarily store or treat stormwater runoff in order to mitigate flooding, reduce pollution, and provide other amenities.
Service Manager means the representative of the Employer named as the Service Manager in the Contract Data. The Employer reserves the right to replace the said Service Manager, by written notice to the Service Provider, without the need to furnish reasons therefor;
Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.
Community practice protocol means a written, executed agreement entered into voluntarily between an authorized pharmacist and a physician establishing drug therapy management for one or more of the pharmacist’s and physician’s patients residing in a community setting. A community practice protocol shall comply with the requirements of subrule 8.34(2).
Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.
