Allowed time means 24 hours, plus one hour for (A) each 10,000 dwt or part thereof of cargo over 150,000 dwt actually loaded in the case of Vessels loading coal or petroleum coke or (B) each 2,000 dwt or part thereof of cargo over 30,000 dwt actually loaded in the case of Vessels loading sulphur, after laytime commences for such Vessel, and (ii) "Previously Loaded Vessel" means, in relation to a Vessel which has given Notice of Readiness (the "Vessel's Notice"), the Vessel which immediately prior to the giving of the Vessel's Notice has given Notice of Readiness under this Agreement, is ready to load sulphur, is in free pratique and is cleared by Customs.
