Allowance Items definition

Allowance Items has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2.1 hereof.
Allowance Items means those items in the Final Budget for which an allowance has been provided and with respect to which the Landlord reserves the right to require Tenant to pay Excess Allowance Costs if the Allowance Amount is exceeded, as more particularly described in Section 3.6.
Allowance Items has items identified in the Contract Price Amendment for the cost of potential materials or services that are still unknown at the time of the Contract Price Amendment as determined pursuant to Section 7.7..

Examples of Allowance Items in a sentence

  • Landlord shall only be obligated to make disbursements from the Tenant Improvement Allowance to the extent costs are incurred by Tenant for Tenant Improvement Allowance Items.

  • During the construction of the Tenant Improvements, Landlord shall make monthly disbursements of the Tenant Improvement Allowance for Tenant Improvement Allowance Items for the benefit of Tenant and shall authorize the release of monies for the benefit of Tenant as follows.

  • After the Approved Working Drawings are signed by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall provide Tenant with a cost proposal in accordance with the Approved Working Drawings, which cost proposal shall include, as nearly as possible, the cost of all Tenant Improvement Allowance Items to be incurred by Tenant in connection with the construction of the Tenant Improvements (the “Cost Proposal”).


More Definitions of Allowance Items

Allowance Items shall have the meaning set forth in Section A.3(a), below, and "Allowance" shall mean and refer to each allowance established pursuant to Section A.3(a) with respect to the Allowance Items (and shall be in addition to the Tenant Improvement Allowance described in part B of this Exhibit C).

Related to Allowance Items

  • Issuance Items has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(h) hereof.

  • Lease Items means all of the infrastructural facilities, plant/equipment vehicles or such other physical items the Lessor is required to lease to the Procuring Entity under the Contract.

  • Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.

  • Punchlist Items means any items necessary at the time of the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy to complete fully the renovation of the Project Facilities in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the Project Facilities, or required for the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or its equivalent.

  • Items means the finished goods or services which are intended for export from the United States, either directly or as an Indirect Export, meet the U.S. Content requirements in accordance with Section 2.01(b)(ii) of this Agreement and are specified in Section 4.A. of the Loan Authorization Agreement.
