Allowable Exception definition

Allowable Exception means specific situations where the use of a non-competitive procurement process is allowable for the acquisition of goods or services, provided that prior approval is received from the prescribed approval authority.

Allowable Exception means specific situations outlined in Section 8.5.5 of this Policy where the use of a non-competitive Procurement process is allowable for the acquisition of goods and/or services, provided that prior approval is received from the prescribed Signing Authority.

Examples of Allowable Exception in a sentence

  • Additional Development Costs incurred in a Calendar Year resulting from an Allowable Exception shall be subject to sharing of Development Costs pursuant to Section 12.6.

  • Allowable Expense means a necessary, reasonable and customary item of expense for health care, which is:
