Allotted Number definition

Allotted Number means the amount by which (i) the product obtained when the number of rentable square feet in the Premises is multiplied by 3/1000 (rounded down to the nearest whole number) exceeds (ii) 10. Landlord shall be permitted to apply up to 45 parking spaces that are made available for Tenant’s use in the Commuter Lot (as hereinafter defined) at no cost to Tenant and on a nonexclusive basis towards Landlord’s satisfaction of the Allotted Number of parking spaces. Allotted Number means, with respect to an individual Stockholder, that portion of the Offered Shares (excluding any fractional shares) equal to the product of (x) the quotient determined by dividing the number of Common Stock and Underlying Common Stock owned by such Stockholder by the aggregate number of Common Stock and Underlying Common Stock owned by all of the Stockholders other than the Transferring Stockholder and (y) the Offered Shares. Each of the Other Stockholders who do not wish to purchase such Stockholder's Allotted Number shall deliver a written notice of such election to the Transferring Stockholder and the other Stockholders within 14 days after the Offer Notice has been delivered to the Stockholders and the Company. Failure of an Other Stockholder to notify the Transferring Stockholder as provided herein shall be deemed to be an election by such Other Stockholder not to purchase such Other Stockholder's Allotted Number of Offered Shares.

Examples of Allotted Number in a sentence
