Allotment/Allocation definition

Allotment/Allocation means the conveyance of a particular property / plot to an applicant by way of an allotment letter or transfer letter as prescribed by the Authority.

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Treasury Bills, which may be held without limit:

  • conditional allocation ’ means an allocation to a province or municipality from the national government’s share of revenue raised nationally, envisaged in section 214(1)(c) of the Constitution, as set out in Schedule 4, 5, 6 or 7;

  • Anchor Investor Allocation Price means the price at which Equity Shares will be allocated to Anchor Investors according to the terms of the Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and the Prospectus, which will be decided by the Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholder in consultation with the BRLMs;
