The Company shall refund the money raised in the Offer, together with any applicable interest, to the Bidders if required to do so for any reason, including due to failure to obtain listing or trading approval or pursuant to any direction or order of Governmental Authority or dispatch of Allotment Advice shall be made in accordance with the methods described in the Offer Documents.
The Company undertakes that it will ensure that adequate funds required for making refunds to unsuccessful Anchor Investors or dispatch of Allotment Advice and Confirmation of Allocation Note in accordance with the methods described in the Offer Documents, shall be made available to Link Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar to the Offer (“Registrar to the Offer”).
In case of Post-Issue related problems such as non- receipt of Allotment Advice / credit of NCDs in depository’s beneficiary account / refund orders, etc., applicants may contact the Compliance Officer of our Company/Lead Manager or Registrar to the Issue.
Deemed Date of Allotment Deemed date of allotment shall be the date of issue of the Allotment Advice / regret.
Agreement means this Agreement and shall have the meaning given to such term in the preamble; Allot or Allotted or Allotment means the allotment of Equity Shares offered pursuant to the Fresh Issue; Allotment Advice shall mean a note or advice, or intimation of Allotment sent to the Bidders who have been or are to be Allotted the Equity Shares after the Basis of Allotment has been approved by the Designated Stock Exchange.
These Demographic Details would be used for all correspondence with the applicants including mailing of the refund orders/ Allotment Advice and printing of bank particulars on the refund/interest order and the Demographic Details given by applicant in the Application Form would not be used for these purposes by the Registrar.
The Company undertakes that it shall ensure dispatch of Allotment Advice and Confirmation of Allocation Note by email or registered post or speed post, in accordance with the manner set out in the Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and the Prospectus, shall be made available to the Registrar to the Offer.
However in case of applications made under power of attorney, our Company in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to permit the holder of Power of Attorney to request the Registrar that for the purpose of printing particulars on the refund order and mailing of Refund Orders /Allotment Advice, the demographic details obtained from the Depository of the applicant shall be used.
