By accepting employment, you certify that the information you provided to Allogene about your experience, education and other qualifications for employment has been accurate and complete.

Allogene is not bound by and will not be liable for any representation, promise or inducement that is not explicitly stated in this Agreement.
Allogene may assign its rights, together with its obligations, hereunder in connection with any sale, transfer or other disposition of all or substantially all of its business or assets, provided the assignee entity which succeeds to Allogene expressly assumes Allogene’s obligations hereunder and complies with the terms of this Agreement.
