Allocator definition

Allocator means the employee, agent, or contractor of MCS who is responsible for allocating Workers and/or Plant and Equipment to the Client and will be the Client’s contact person at MCS in relation to the provision of the Services.

  • The identification of Class Members to receive monetary relief and distribution of such monetary relief is the exclusive responsibility of Class Counsel, Claims Administrator, and Claims Allocator, acting on behalf of the Class.

  • The Agency shall be responsible for the administration and implementation of the non- monetary relief provided herein, except for any expenses related to the Claims Administrator and Claims Allocator.

Related to Allocator

  • Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or
