Allocation Round definition

Allocation Round means a meeting or series of meetings of the Committee during which a predetermined portion of the State Ceiling is made available for allocation by the Committee to one or more Applicants selected by the Committee during that meeting or series of meetings.
Allocation Round means all allocations by the Authority
Allocation Round means Round 1 of the Company fundraising Project tokens allocation, which will be managed by the VispX pool system.

Examples of Allocation Round in a sentence

  • This shall be either (a) the capacity notified by the Delivery Body in the Generator’s FiT CfD Application as the capacity in megawatts, or (b) if the Allocation Round in which the Generator is participating requires them to submit a sealed bid, then the capacity for which successful allocation has taken plan under the Allocation Round.

  • In the event the Allocation Round is undersubscribed, the Executive Director may recommend that an exception be granted to the maximum reallocation limit.
