Allocation Points definition

Allocation Points means the number of points assigned to a Participant by the Committee for a Plan Year for purposes of determining that Participant’s Allocable Share of the AIP Amount for that Plan Year.

Examples of Allocation Points in a sentence

  • For purposes of the Plan, a Participant shall be credited with one (1) Allocation point for each One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) of Compensation and ten (10) Allocation Points for each Year of Vesting Service, up to a maximum of (10) Years of Vesting Service.

  • The Employers contribution to the plan will be allocated on the annual Valuation Date to each Eligible Participant's Account in the proportion that the Allocation Points (as defined herein) of each such Participant for the Plan Year bears to the aggregate Allocation Points of all such Participants for such Plan Year.

  • As of the annual Valuation Date, any portion of the Forfeiture Account which has not been used to pay administrative expenses of the Plan will be allocated to each Eligible Participant's Account in proportion that the Allocation Points (as defined herein) of each such Participant for the Plan Year bears to the aggregate Allocation Points of all such Participants for such Plan Year.

  • Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Group II Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Allocation Area means that part of a redevelopment project area to which an allocation provision of a declaratory resolution adopted under section 15 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Group I Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
