Allocatee definition

Allocatee means point source dischargers, holders of wastewater reuse authorizations, entities providing land applications, industrial dischargers, and any entities requiring a load or wasteload allocation under the TMAL who are designated to receive the credits from a Trade Project.
Allocatee means a taxpayer who claims the tax credits on its Georgia tax return.
