Taxable Allocation means, with respect to any Series, the allocation of any net capital gains or other income taxable for federal income tax purposes to a dividend paid in respect of such Series.
Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:
Load allocation means the portion of a receiving water's loading capacity that is allocated to one
Tax Allocations means the allocations set forth in paragraph 4 of Exhibit B.
Allocate means to assign an item of cost, or a group of items of cost, to one or more cost objectives. This term includes both direct assignment of cost and the reassignment of a share from an indirect cost pool.
Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.
Allocation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Curative Allocation means any allocation of an item of income, gain, deduction, loss or credit pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1(d)(ix).
Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.
allocated has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(d);
Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Allocations means any and all of the allocations described in Sections 1.3(a), 1.3(b), 1.3(c) and 1.3(d) hereof.
Agreed Allocation means any allocation, other than a Required Allocation, of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, including a Curative Allocation (if appropriate to the context in which the term “Agreed Allocation” is used).
Precontribution Gain has the meaning set forth in subparagraph 4(c) of Exhibit B.
Allocation Area means that part of a military base development area to which an allocation provision of a declaratory resolution adopted under section 16 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.
Economic Interest Owner means the owner of an Economic Interest who is not a Member.
Allocation Period means (a) the period commencing on February 10, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2016, (b) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (c) any portion of the period described in clause (a) or (b) for which the Partnership is required to allocate Net Profits, Net Losses, and other items of Partnership income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to ARTICLE IV.
Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).
Member Nonrecourse Deductions has the meaning of “partner nonrecourse deductions” set forth in Treasury Regulations Sections 1.704-2(i)(1) and 1.704-2(i)(2).
REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.
Member Nonrecourse Deduction means “partner nonrecourse deduction” as defined in Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(i), substituting the term “Member” for the term “partner” as the context requires.
Allocation Year Means (i) the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on December 31, 2006, (ii) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (iii) any portion of the period described in clause (ii) for which the Company is required to allocate Profits, Losses and other items of Company income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Article V.
conditional allocation ’ means an allocation to a province or municipality from the national government’s share of revenue raised nationally, envisaged in section 214(1)(c) of the Constitution, as set out in Schedule 4, 5, 6 or 7;

Working interest owner means a person or the estate of a person who owns an interest in oil and/or gas in the unit area by virtue of a lease, operating agreement, fee title, or otherwise, including a carried interest, the owner of which is obligated to pay, either in cash or out of production or otherwise a portion of the unit expense. “Working interest owner” does not include an unleased mineral owner.
Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.
