Examples of Allocated Work in a sentence
No other Party will assign this Collaboration Agreement or subcontract any part of its Allocated Work without the prior written consent of the Lead Party, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, denied or delayed.
For the avoidance of doubt, where reference to Allocated Work to be performed by a Beneficiary is made in Annex 1 of the Grant Agreement, it shall be understood as referring to Allocated Work to be performed by the Beneficiary or any of its Affiliated Entities or its Sub-Contractors, without such Affiliated Entities and/or Sub-Contractors becoming Beneficiaries.
For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Clause 3 shall apply in relation to any proportion of a Beneficiary Allocated Work which such Beneficiary shall have properly, in accordance with the Grant Agreement and/or this Consortium Agreement, sub-contracted to a Sub-Contractor, as if such Beneficiary had undertaken such proportion on its own account.
