Allocated Spaces means city-owned parking spaces in the Parking Structure that are exclusively reserved for this Project directly or are offered exclusively to the Developer via a first right of refusal and option agreement, as outlined in Exhibit D.

Examples of Allocated Spaces in a sentence

  • At no time shall the City agree to impose a charge for using the Allocated Spaces.

  • Parking shall be available for Tenant throughout the Term, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 33.O. If Tenant fails to take any of the Allocated Spaces (hereinafter defined) within six (6) months after the Commencement Date, or if at any time thereafter ceases to pay for the Allocated Spaces, the Allocated Spaces so relinquished by Tenant shall no longer be allocated to Tenant, and Landlord may allocate the Allocated Spaces to other users.
