Tenant agrees not to overburden the parking lot by exceeding the Tenant Allocated Parking Spaces as defined in Paragraph 13 of the Preamble.
There will be no charge during the Term for the Initially Allocated Parking Spaces.
In no event shall Tenant be obligated to lease any parking spaces in the Parking Facility in excess of the total of the Allocated Parking Spaces.

At such time as the net rentable square footage of the Premises increases or decreases, the number of Initially Allocated Parking Spaces shall be increased or decreased, as applicable, based on the Initial Parking Ratio (of any increase or decrease 4.167% shall be in spaces in the Exclusive Parking Area (rounded to the nearest whole number) and the remainder shall be non-reserved, non-exclusive and non-covered parking spaces).
However, Tenant shall remain obligated to pay the Fee (as defined below) with respect to the Allocated Parking Spaces which are occupied by Tenant's Generator Equipment.
Tenant shall not violate the Parking Rules or regularly use parking spaces in excess of Tenant’s Allocated Parking Spaces, and shall use its best efforts to assure that its employees, agents, contractors, guests and invitees do not do so.
Tenant's Allocated Spaces shall not, however, be limited to the Permanent Building 14 Parking Area, and Tenant may, subject to the provisions of Article 44 of the Original Lease and clause (ii) below, utilize for purposes of its Allocated Parking Spaces the Parking Area for the Center.
In exercising any such rights regarding the Common Area, (i) Landlord shall make a reasonable effort to minimize any disruption to Tenant's business, and (ii) Landlord shall not exercise its rights to control the Common Area in a manner that would materially interfere with Tenant's access to or use of the Premises or Tenant's Allocated Parking Spaces without first obtaining Tenant's consent.
