Allocated Area definition

Allocated Area means the part of the Zone which has been sold, rented, leased, licensed, or otherwise allocated to Licensees and/or Permitted Businesses in the given Accounting Year from the Allocatable Area.

Examples of Allocated Area in a sentence

  • Consequently, once the latter has been completed, and whenever there is at least one (1) Evaluation Area, one (1) Production Area, or one (1) Discovery duly reported to the ▇▇▇, the Contractor may retain that Allocated Area of its interest, excluding the areas that conform Appraisal and/or Production Areas and/or corresponding to the Discovery, in order to conduct a Subsequent Exploration Program, according to the procedure and the requirements agreed upon in this legal business.

  • In addition, the rights granted to the Contractor as a result of this legal business, exclusively refer to Hydrocarbons owned by the State that are discovered within the Allocated Area and, therefore, do not extend to any other resource that may exist in the same or in its corresponding Block.

  • The Contractor is also entitled to its corresponding share of hydrocarbon production coming from the Allocated Area pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • It is calculated on the total surface of the Allocated Area or its Remnant, measured in hectares and fractions of hectare (ha) to hundredths, at the rates set by the ▇▇▇ in US Dollars per surface unit (USD/ha).

  • In the event of uncleanliness or damage to the Allocated Area or Facility, the Operator will be entitled to retain the Deposit, charge a Cleaning Fee, and/or claim full reimbursement from the Vehicle Owner of the reasonable costs of repairs, replacement, restoration, proper compensation or disposal of refuse.

  • In exercise of the rights and in compliance with the obligations referred to in this provision, the Contractor must perform the activities and carry out the Operations inherent in the Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons in the Allocated Area, on its behalf, on its own account and at its exclusive cost, expense and risk, while providing the resources of any order that are necessary to design, prepare and perform all Exploration, Appraisal, Development and Production activities and operations.

  • Any other items left on the Allocated Area which are not paid for in accordance with this Agreement may be disposed of by any means necessary at the discretion of the Operator and at the cost of the Vehicle Owner concerned.

  • In order to calculate this Right, the following formula should be applied on the Production of each Field in each Allocated Area in Production, as well as on the source from each Reservoir, in Discoveries and in Evaluation Areas: DPPVOL = PB * XP * FM Where: Continuation of Agreement No. 2 of 2017, which substitutes Agreement ▇▇.

  • Therefore, these do not extend to any other resource that may exist in the Allocated Area and in the corresponding Block, including Undeveloped Discovered Reservoirs, except in the case of Areas Allocated for Exploration and Production of those reservoirs.

  • The reduction of the Allocated Area or the termination of the Agreement, for any of the above reasons described in Clause 2.4.3 of this Agreement does not give rise to any liability for the ▇▇▇, and the investments corresponding to Exploration Activities already executed by the Contractor are not susceptible of reimbursement and offsetting by the ▇▇▇.
