Allocable Losses definition
Allocable Losses. As defined in Section 7.10 hereof.
Allocable Losses has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(b) of this Agreement.
Examples of Allocable Losses in a sentence
If, on any Payment Date, and following the making of all allocations, transfers and distributions (other than as provided in this Section) on such Payment Date (x) the Class A Principal Balance exceeds (y) the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the related Remittance Period (any such excess, "Allocable Losses"), such Allocable Losses shall be applied as a reduction of the Class B Principal Balance until the Class B Principal Balance has been reduced to zero.
