Allied Parent definition

Allied Parent has the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble to this Agreement.
Allied Parent means Allied Waste Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation and the owner of all of the Capital Stock of the Company.
Allied Parent means Allied Tour Holdings Corp., a New York corporation.

  • Birth parent means the child's biological parent and, for purposes of adoptive placement, means

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
