Allied Group definition

Allied Group means, at any date, the Vendors and all of the Acquired Subsidiaries, and "MEMBER OF THE ALLIED GROUP" refers to either Vendor or any such Acquired Subsidiary.
Allied Group means Allied and the Allied Subsidiaries.
Allied Group means, collectively, Allied Waste and Allied Waste's Restricted Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, the Borrower), and a "member" of the Allied Group means Allied Waste and each of Allied Waste's Restricted Subsidiaries.

  • No member of the Allied Group is (a) an "investment company" as defined in, or subject to regulation under, the Investment Company Act of 1940 or (b) a "holding company" as defined in, or subject to regulation under, the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935.

  • Except as disclosed in the periodic reports of Allied Waste most recently filed under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 prior to the Restatement Effective Date, as of the Restatement Effective Date, there are no strikes, lockouts or slowdowns against any member of the Allied Group pending or, to the knowledge of Allied Waste or the Borrower, threatened, which, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • The Allied Group maintains insurance in such amounts and covering such risks and liabilities as are in accordance with normal industry practice.

  • Each member of the Allied Group owns, or has valid rights to use, all Intellectual Property necessary for the conduct of its business as currently conducted, except for any failure to so own or license Intellectual Property which, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Allied Group means Allied Group, Inc., an Iowa corporation.
Allied Group means Mutual, the Mutual Subsidiaries, AGI, the AGI Subsidiaries, ALFC, and the ALFC Subsidiaries.

  • Permitted Group means any group of investors that is deemed to be a "person" (as that term is used in Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act), by virtue of the Stockholders Agreement, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time; provided that no single Person (other than the Principals and their Related Parties) Beneficially Owns (together with its Affiliates) more of the Voting Stock of the Company that is Beneficially Owned by such group of investors than is then collectively Beneficially Owned by the Principals and their Related Parties in the aggregate.

  • Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.
