Alliance Account definition

Alliance Account is a fee based advisory account which is subject to an annual allowable limit of trades. “Alliance Account Fee” is the annual fee (plus applicable taxes), payable monthly, for an Alliance Account based on the month end value of the Account. The Alliance Account Fee may be a flat fee rate; a tiered fee rate; or different fee rates applied to the various types of investments held in your Account. The Alliance Account Fee is determined between you and your Investment Advisor in accordance with our applicable policies.

Examples of Alliance Account in a sentence

  • Upon termination of the Alliance, the assets remaining in the Alliance Account after all outstanding obligations have been paid shall be returned to the source of funds.

  • Funds in the Alliance Account not expended by the end of the current fiscal year shall remain in said account and applied toward approved expenditures related to the implementation of the Pleasant Bay Resource Management Plan in the following fiscal year.

  • For errors, questions, or consumer liability for unauthorized transfers, see your Account(s)/Card's applicable All About Your Deposit Account, or All About Your Business Alliance Account disclosure(s).

  • You will pay when due, all administration fees, service charges and as applicable, commissions, Alliance Account Fees or Managed Account Fees at the rates specified by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ or otherwise agreed.

  • Following expiration of the applicable Joint Sales period, each Temporary Co-Sell Alliance Account shall become part of the Exclusive Territory, and RA and its Affiliates shall have the exclusive right to sell the Combined Offering and the PTC Products to, upon the same terms that apply to sales within the Exclusive Territory as set forth in this Agreement, and not subject to the Opportunity Registration Process set forth in Section 5.9 and Item 4 of Exhibit B of this Agreement.
