ALIS definition

ALIS means the Automated Ligand Identification System, an automated, ultra-high throughput ligand selection system proprietary to NeoGenesis that is used to identify multiple classes of chemical ligands against target protein.

Examples of ALIS in a sentence

  • Title to and ownership of all Inventions directly related to the NeoMorph Screening Library, ALIS screening technology or QSCD (regardless of inventorship), as well as those Inventions subject to Section 3.5(b)(i) (hereinafter "NEOGENESIS INVENTIONS"), shall be the sole property of NeoGenesis and are included in NeoGenesis Know-How and/or NeoGenesis Patent Rights, as the case may be.

  • This Agreement does not convey to OGS any ownership rights in any NeoGenesis Know-How or NeoGenesis Patent Rights by implication, estoppel or otherwise except for the rights expressly granted in Section 3.1 and specifically does not convey to OGS any rights with respect to ALIS or QSCD.

  • Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Program Intellectual Property, regardless of inventorship, shall be: (i) the property of NeoGenesis if such Program Intellectual Property is directly related to the NeoMorph Screening Library (except as described in Section 4.2(a)(ii)(B) below), ALIS or QSCD; and (ii) the property of Immusol if such Program Intellectual Property is directly related to the Targets or the uses thereof or to Immusol's functional or secondary assays.

  • Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) An integrated Information system consisting of hardware and software operating on networks provided by the Participants or their Contractors and facilitating Information exchange with each Participant’s appropriate Information systems.

  • NeoGenesis shall utilize the above developed SOP for each Approved Target to perform its ALIS method to screen the NeoMorph Screening Library for compounds having a minimum level of affinity to each Approved Target.

Related to ALIS

  • ALI means a feature by which the service address associated with the calling party’s listed telephone number identified by ANI as defined herein, is forwarded to the PSAP for display. Additional telephones with the same number as the calling party’s, including secondary locations and off-premise extensions will be identified with the service address of the calling party’s listed number.
