Alipay Services means AliPay's processing of Payments from AliPay Users;

Alipay Services refer to the “Alipay” software service system and the accompanying payment for goods and collection of payments for goods services provided by Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Alipay”) for the Merchant.

Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, each Party will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with providing or receiving the Alipay Services.

Any formal marketing programs may be implemented as the Parties may agree, but in any event no sooner than one month after the Merchant’s Platform has been successfully configured to accept the Alipay Services as a means of payment by its customers.
Alipay owns all rights, title and interests in and to the Intellectual Property associated with the provision of the Alipay Services and the Alipay branding and logo, or has otherwise been granted the appropriate licences by the relevant owner with respect to such Intellectual Property.
The Merchant Alipay ID will be used to track Transaction records and information in relation to the Alipay Services.
Merchant shall facilitate the provision of Alipay Services at its own costs through keeping the relevant software and hardware of cashiers (including but not limited to Spot Payment scanner, physical circuits or networks) in a good operational condition and properly linking to Alipay’s Platform.

Alipay Services. Means any of the following: i. processing of a Payment made by an Alipay User through Spot Payment in connection with any Transaction via Alipay’s Platform; ii. authorization of such Payment; iii. services relating to the settlement of such Payment with FGC at the Settlement Currency; and iv. other related services and ongoing technical support in connection with any of the above.
