ALIF definition

ALIF means the Alternative Livelihood Investment Fund, referred to in Section 3.04 of this Agreement and in paragraph 3 (b) of Schedule 1 to this Agreement, to be established by the Recipient for the purpose of financing alternative livelihood activities for communities which agree to forego income from land designated as Globally Significant Biodiversity Areas;
