ALIAC definition

ALIAC means Aetna Life Insurance and Annuity Company, a stock life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut.
ALIAC shall pay for Trust shares by 10:00 a.
ALIAC shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

  • The provision of shareholder and administrative services to the Plans shall be the responsibility of AISI, ALIAC or the Nominee and shall not be the responsibility of Distributor.

  • Distributor shall make available for reimbursement certain out-of-pocket expenses ALIAC incurs in connection with providing shareholder services to the Plans.

  • ALIAC, Aeltus and the Funds desire to delete Aetna Mid Cap VP, a series of Aetna Variable Portfolios, Inc., from Schedule B; and NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed among ALIAC, Aeltus and the Funds that Schedule B is hereby amended to include Aetna GET Fund, Series E, and to delete Aetna Mid Cap VP, effective June 1, 1999.
