Algorithmic Search Services definition

Algorithmic Search Services means Internet Search services that utilize general indices of content available on the World Wide Web including vertical search functionality such as search for images, video, news, shopping and travel.
Algorithmic Search Services has the meaning set forth in the Search Agreement.

  • Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, commencing on January 1, 2011 and continuing throughout the Term, Microsoft will be the [***] provider of Algorithmic Search Services and Paid Search Services for Sources that Conduit enables on Personal Computers and for Other Platforms.

  • With the exception of issues unique to Algorithmic Search Services in [*], [*] previously identified by the parties, and [*], Yahoo! represents that it is not aware of any issues (including without limitation any features, performance, or infrastructure/datacenter issues) associated with Microsoft’s Algorithmic Search Services that would prevent Yahoo! from being able to complete all of the transitions by October 30, 2011.

  • In addition, starting [*] during the period in which Microsoft is continuing to [*] Algorithmic Search Services for [*], Microsoft will make an additional payment to Yahoo! on a [*].

  • These records shall include the student’s name, address, campus student identification number, nature of disability, support services needed, and determination statement of the director or designee of services to student with disabilities, and any documentation provided by the student.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • online interface means any software, including a website, part of a website or an application, that is operated by or on behalf of an economic operator, and which serves to give end users access to the economic operator's products;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.
