The Company shall not have a right to assign its rights and duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Xechem USA and Alembic.
If Alembic or Xechem USA have any objections to the calculation of the Royalty or the Investment Fee, they shall notify the Company in writing of their objections, specifying the amounts it believes to be inaccurate.
