You agree to notify Alamy in the event that you wish to expand the usage for the Content and pay any additional Licence Fee.
In the event that Alamy waives any specific part of this Agreement, such fact does not mean that any other part is waived.

You will pay the Licence Fee to Alamy in accordance with Clause 14.1, the Licence Fee depends on the nature of the rights granted.
On not less than 10 days prior written notice, Alamy, or any other person authorised by Alamy, may inspect any records, accounts and/or servers during normal business hours relating to the Reproduction of the Content to ensure that the Content is being used in accordance with this Agreement.
