Examples of AKVN in a sentence

  • AKVN has decided to “Develop Diamond, Gems & Jewelry SEZ / DTA along with all infrastructural facilities on Design, Built, Finance, Operate & Transfer (DBFOT) basis” hereinafter referred to as “the project”.

  • All the development in the premises shall be as per the rules of Town & Country Planning, AKVN or any other authority as may be applicable / relevant from time to time.

  • For this purpose, the AKVN will make out a panel of seven (7) possible arbitrators.

  • Each party shall nominate an arbitrator out of this panel submitted by the AKVN and these three arbitrators will appoint the forth arbitrator in writing and also inform the concerned parties about such appointment and call upon the other party to appoint its arbitrator.

  • AKVN has communicated to the Concessionaire the acceptance of the said proposal vide Letter of Intent dated , the Concessionaire has signed the Concession Agreement dated with the AKVN upon terms, conditions and covenants agreed to between them and incorporated in the said agreement.

  • This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties hereto and if there is any aspect not covered by any of the provisions of this agreement, then reference may be made to the concession agreement dated signed by the Concessionaire and AKVN.
