AJR Acquisition Documents means the AJR Acquisition Agreement and all other material documents executed by the Company and/or the AJR Sellers in connection with the AJR Acquisition.

At least two (2) Business Days prior to the AJR Acquisition Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received drafts of the AJR Acquisition Agreement and all other material AJR Acquisition Documents, in substantially final form, and the terms and conditions thereof shall be reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
As soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than five (5) Business Days after the AJR Acquisition Closing Date, the Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent fully executed and compiled final copies of the AJR Acquisition Agreement and all other material AJR Acquisition Documents.
