AJM reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations arising out of this agreement to third parties at any time without a consent from the Client if such transfer of rights and obligations does not contradict the legislation.
AJM shall not be liable for execution of tax obligations of the Client, calculation or transferring of taxes applied to the Client.
AJM shall put all efforts to secure as fluent system operation as possible, however, AJM shall not be liable for consequences originating due to system operation disorders if such disorders occur not due to the fault of AJM.
