"TowerCo's knowledge" or "knowledge of TowerCo" or words of similar import means the actual knowledge after inquiry reasonable under the circumstances of any of the following persons who are employees of TowerCo holding the position (as of the date hereof) indicated after their name (and any person succeeding to any such position prior to the Closing but only to the extent he or she acquired actual knowledge after inquiry reasonable under the circumstances ): Xxxxxx X. AirTouch means Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, formerly known as Vodafone, AirTouch Licenses LLC, as successor to AirTouch Communications, Inc.
