Airtime Plan definition

Airtime Plan means the Charges related to the cost of your data, texts and minutes; "Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT)" means calls, data or texts that result in patterns that are disproportionate to the overall type, amount, duration and/or extent of calls, data or texts which would be expected from good faith usage of our Network or Services;

Examples of Airtime Plan in a sentence

  • If you have taken a Device Plan to purchase equipment from us and you decide to cancel your Airtime Plan for any reason set out above, you will be required to continue to make the repayments due under the Device Plan.

  • If you are within your minimum period of your Airtime Plan, you will not incur an early termination fee.

  • Your Charges Guide sets out current pricing information about out of bundle charges and for additional services which are not included in your Airtime Plan charge.

  • All these charges will be added to your Airtime Plan bill as and when you use the services.

  • You’ll need to pay for all charges within 7 days of the date of your Airtime Plan bill.

  • Directory Assistance Service includes, but is not limited to, making available to callers, upon request, information contained in the Directory Assistance Database. Directory Assistance Service includes, where available, the option to complete the call at the caller's direction. "Directory Listings" or "Listings" are any information identifying the listed names of subscribers of a Telecommunications Carrier or Provider, as applicable, and such subscribers' telephone numbers, addresses, or primary advertising classifications (as such classifications are assigned at the time of the establishment of such service), or any combination of such listed names, numbers, addresses or classifications: (1) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses for the purpose of publishing the Listings in any directory format; or (2) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses in Directory Assistance Service, Directory Assistance List Service, or for other lawful purposes.

  • Police Service ’ means the South African Police Service established in terms of section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;
