Airport Contract definition

Airport Contract means a contract awarded by LAWA and pertaining to LAX, and subcontracts of any level under such a contract.
Airport Contract means a written agreement required as a condition to the use of an airport or airport facility.
Airport Contract means a lease, license, operating agreement, concession agreement or other contract with the City for the conduct of Commercial Activity at the Airport.

More Definitions of Airport Contract

Airport Contract means a contract awarded by the Developer and pertaining to KCI and subcontracts of any level under such a contract. “Airport Job” means a job for which the employer is the Kansas City Aviation Department, an airport contractor, an airport lessee, or an airport licensee, and either (1) the job is performed on-site, or (2) the job is related to an airport-related contract, lease, licensing arrangement, or permitting arrangement. “Aviation-Related Job” means a job other than an Airport Job that is on-airport or off- airport and that the FAA approves pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement. “City” means the City of Kansas City, Missouri. “Development Agreement” means the Development Agreement entered into between Developer and City, to which the Agreement is attached. “FAA” means the Federal Aviation Administration. “FAA Determination” means an advisory opinion from the FAA indicating that the use of airport revenues for any particular program would constitute revenue diversion or other impropriety contrary to FAA program requirements and regulations. “KCI” means the Kansas City International Airport. “Low Income Individual” means an individual whose household income is no greater than 80% of the median income, adjusted for household size, for the primary Metropolitan Statistical Area. “MBE/WBE” means a Minority or Women-owned Business Enterprise certified with the City. “Nonprofit” means an existing 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organization or a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organization established by Developer to facilitate the purposes of the Agreement. “Project” means the proposed improvements to KCI, as more fully described in the Development Agreement. “SDVOSB” means a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business certified with the Department of Veterans Affairs. “SLBE” means a Small Local Business Enterprise certified with the City. “VOSB” means a Veteran-Owned Small Business certified with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
