Aircraft Owner definition

Aircraft Owner means, in respect of any Aircraft, the Person which immediately prior to the Closing of such Aircraft (or the Aircraft Interest which relates to such Aircraft) holds title to such Aircraft;
Aircraft Owner means the person or organization under whose name the aircraft has been registered and this term also includes the person or organization having the aircraft in lease.
Aircraft Owner means Operator or Airline or any entity, which maintains title ownership of the Aircraft and of Additional Aircraft.
