AIM Software definition

AIM Software means the client software (U.S. version) developed and distributed by AOL that enables end-users to access and use the AIM Service, and any updates, patches, new version and bug fixes thereto.
AIM Software means the computer software programs identified in Section 1 of Schedule A attached hereto, in object code and source code form, programmer's comments, any related documentation, including user documentation provided with such software, and any error corrections, updates or upgrades thereto made available to Licensee under this Agreement.

Examples of AIM Software in a sentence

  • This Section states Licensor's entire liability for infringement with respect to the AIM Software or Decision Software.

  • The AOL Software to be loaded shall include, in each case, the then-current version of the AOL Classic Service, the CompuServe Service, Netscape Navigator Browser Software, AIM Software, and ICQ Software (replacing, if necessary, any older versions of such software contained in the online services folder or similar area on the Products).

  • Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, Licensor shall deposit the source code for the AIM Software and the Decision Software with a third party escrow agent under terms and conditions mutually agreeable by both Licensor and Licensee.

  • Licensor represents and warrants the software deposited in escrow in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement is identical to the AIM Software and the Decision Software delivered under Section 2.5 of this Agreement.

  • Licensor acknowledges and agrees that Licensee owns all right, title, and interest in any derivative software developed by Licensee from the AIM Software and Decision Software now or hereafter subject to this Agreement and Licensor has no right or license to such derivative works.

  • Licensee shall thereafter have thirty (30) days to inspect and verify such deposit is an accurate representation of the AIM Software and the Decision Software.

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor owns all right, title, and interest in the AIM Software and Decision Software now or hereafter subject to this Agreement.

  • Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide unrestricted license to execute, modify, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform and prepare derivative works of the AIM Software.

  • Aether further warrants that the AIM Software will accurately process date/time data (including but not limited to calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into, during and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and the years 1999 and 2000, and leap year calculations, provided that all information technology products used in combination with the AIM Software properly exchange date/time data with it.

  • If Aether breaches the preceding, in addition to all other remedies available to Riverbed, Riverbed may terminate this Agreement, return the AIM Software and receive a full refund of all amounts paid under this Agreement.

Related to AIM Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Business Software means all Software owned by or developed by a Seller for or in connection with the Business.
