AIG Contract definition

AIG Contract means the documents listed on Schedule 6.10A to the Disclosure Letter evidencing the service and financial relationship among AIG and its Affiliates, the Borrower, Archimedes and the Reinsurance Captive Asset Management Program, pursuant to which collateral is retained for a period of time to secure the workers compensation claims payment and administrative fee obligations of the Borrower and Archimedes, pursuant to the workers compensation program of the Borrower and any of its operating subsidiaries.

Examples of AIG Contract in a sentence

  • If the Dispute is not resolved at that level of management within seven (7) Business Days after the claiming Party verbally notifies the other Party of the Dispute, then the Dispute shall be escalated to the AIG Contract Manager and the Company Contract Manager for resolution.

  • AIG may change the AIG Contract Manager from time to time upon written notice to the Company pursuant to Section 8.02.

  • If the Dispute is not resolved at that level of management, then the Dispute shall be escalated to the AIG Contract Manager and the Company Contract Manager for resolution in good faith.

  • AIG may replace the AIG Contract Manager with an employee or officer with comparable knowledge, expertise and decision-making authority from time to time upon written notice to the Company pursuant to Section 7.02.
