  • The Parties shall nominate a single arbitrator and in the event the Parties cannot agree on the appointment of the arbitrator, then the arbitrator shall be appointed by the Director for the time being of the AIAC.

  • Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance to the AIAC Arbitration Rules.

  • Furthermore, the arbitral tribunal will consist of a sole arbitrator, to be designated by the Chairman of the AIAC.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
