Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”) in accordance with the AIAC Fast Track Arbitration Rules.
Upon the expiry of the time frame in Clause 11.1, either Party may refer the dispute or difference to be settled by arbitration by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”) previously known as Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (“KLRCA”) in accordance with the AIAC rules for the time being in force.
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by way of amicable settlement, failing which, such dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
The tribunal shall consist of 1 arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of the AIAC.
Where the Parties agree to the expedited conduct of the arbitral proceedings, the Parties may also consider including the following addition in the Model Arbitration Clause or the Model Submission Agreement: • The Parties agree to have the arbitration conducted in accordance with the Fast Track Procedure set out in Rule 8 of the AIAC Arbitration Rules.
Any dispute which may arise between You and Us in relation to this Policy or rights or liabilities of parties hereto shall be referred to the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in accordance to the AIAC Arbitration Rules.
For the purpose of this clause, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, breach or termination shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”) in accordance with the AIAC Arbitration Rules (“AIAC Rules”) for the time being in force which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
The Parties shall nominate a single arbitrator and in the event the Parties cannot agree on the appointment of the arbitrator, then the arbitrator shall be appointed by the Director for the time being of the AIAC.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance to the AIAC Arbitration Rules.
Furthermore, the arbitral tribunal will consist of a sole arbitrator, to be designated by the Chairman of the AIAC.
