AI Solutions definition

AI Solutions means artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, systems and technologies, including proprietary algorithms, technologies, models (whether trained or untrained and including associated weights, parameters and structure or architecture), software, or systems, in each case, that make use of or employ neural networks, natural language processing, statistical learning algorithms, or reinforcement learning.

AI Solutions means the relevant Artificial Intelligence solution(s) set out in the applicable SOW (being a combination of relevant Software (including any Model, Functional Improvement(s) and related Machine Learning Decisions), Pivigo Datasets, APIs, and related Pivigo IPRs (but excluding any Third Party Content));

AI Solutions means artificial intelligence, machine learning and similar solutions, systems and technologies, including proprietary algorithms, technologies, models (whether trained or untrained and including associated weights, parameters and structure or architecture), software, or systems that make use of or employ neural networks, natural language processing, statistical learning algorithms, or reinforcement learning.

This Schedule 2 forms part of the Agreement between the parties and sets out the Specific Terms relating to the supply of the AI Solutions "as a service" to the Partner which apply when specified to do so in the applicable Statement of Work ("SOW").

The employer shall inform the affected local association (1.6) when an agreement has been made.
Upon termination of this Agreement, the Trust’s right to use the AI Solutions shall terminate.
The Trust shall treat as confidential and shall not disclose or transmit to any third party: (a) any software or methodology relating to the AI Solutions, (b) any documentation or other materials that is designated, whether by oral or written communication, as “Confidential” by the Licensor or Adviser, and (c) the terms of the License Agreement (collectively, “Confidential Information”).
Licensee agrees to use the AI Solutions responsibly and ethically, and not to rely solely on its responses for making critical or legally binding decisions.
