AI Provider means an entity or Person other than Supplier that supplies, licenses, or otherwise provides or makes available an Automated System, regardless of whether via a cloud- or SaaS-based solution or other delivery model.

Examples of AI Provider in a sentence

  • The definition of AI and requirements herein will apply whether the AI is proprietary to Klarity or a tool made available by a Third Party AI Provider (as defined below).

  • If you are using the Service through an API key you have set-up, it is your responsibility to execute separate Business Associate Agreements, in connection with the HIPAA data to be stored or processed, with each of (a) the relevant AI Provider which has provided you the API key, (b) any other Third Party Offering used in connection with the Service (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365™), and (c) Talarian.
