  • AHES will not be responsible for the cost involved in disposing of any asbestos found.

  • In no circumstances, does AHES accept responsibility in relation to inadequacies with the original design or installation of an appliance.

  • Moreover, AHES does not warrant the fitness for purpose or condition of an appliance.
