The Home Energy Services Engineer will carry out the Service on the date agreed between you and AHES.
If you have failed to obtain all necessary licences and consents required you will indemnify AHES for all loss or damage suffered and shall remain responsible for all work done and materials supplied on a quantum merit basis.
