AHAP Contracts definition
AHAP Contracts means, collectively, (a) that certain Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program PBV Agreement to Enter into Housing Assistance Payment Contract with respect to the Pinecrest Apartments, providing subsidies for a total of three (3) units, and (b) that certain Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program PBV Agreement to Enter into Housing Assistance Payment Contract with respect to the Terrace ▇▇▇▇ Apartments, providing subsidies for a total of four (4) units, each of which shall have an initial term of twenty (20) years, with an automatic twenty (20) year renewal, and shall otherwise be in form and substance approved by Bondowner Representative.
