Unless the $927,271.95 contribution is made no later than Friday, September 4, 1998 and evidenced by a written receipt of said contribution from Dalsem Kassenbouw, B.V., Agrorent B's rights and duties under this Agreement shall be deemed void ab initio and Agrorent B shall not be a party to this Agreement and VF will be deemed to be a 98% limited partner in the Partnership.
