Agronomic Data definition

Agronomic Data means all data collected, processed and generated by or through the Service, excluding any Machine Related Data and End User Data, but, including images and videos cap- tured by the Service, geo-location data, information about the crops treated, information about the products applied on the crops (composition, quantity, etc.), as well as all data, charts, statis- tics, reports and map generated through End User’s use of the Service.

Agronomic Data means all information and data (including, without limitation, as applied data, monitor data and harvest data) pertaining to agronomic conditions, practices and/or results, including, without limitation, information and data pertaining to planting population, hybrid selection, pesticide, insecticide and herbicide selection and application, fertilizer selection and application, yield data, soil condition, soil health and/or the chemical, physical and/or biological properties of soil (including, without limitation, information and data obtained through soil and tissue sampling and analysis, stalk nitrate sampling and analysis, aerial imagery and crop scouting) that is collected or obtained by, or submitted to, Continuum, whether collected as part of Continuum’s RightWay Program, uploaded to Continuum’s TopSoil Tool, obtained through the Top Soil Network or otherwise.

Examples of Agronomic Data in a sentence

  • Agronomic Data and End User Data shall be owned by the End User who shall be entitled to make any use of such data as it will deem fit.

  • When you sign up on the Services, you represent that all the Agronomic Data that you input is truthful and correct.

  • You represent and warrant that (i) the Agronomic Data that you provide us with is accurate and (ii) that you have all rights to grant us the license to the Agronomic Data.

  • Agronomic Data may also include farm management data and machine data that you may provide as part of your use of the Services.

  • Ecorobotix shall have a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and royalty-free right to use Agronomic Data and End User Data for any internal use and for performing its obligations and enforcing its rights under this Agreement or any agreement with its Resellers, for operating and improving the Machines and the Service, for its own research & development, and for any other legitimate purposes.

  • Furthermore, the End User hereby consents that the Agronomic Data and End User Data (i) be freely used in an aggregated form which does not reasonably allow the association of the data with the End User or any other natural person and (ii) be disclosed to Ecorobotix's affiliates and/or any acquirer of all or a significant part of its business, provided that such affiliate or acquirer agrees to abide by the terms of this Section.

  • The Client shall use all reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement's provisions as applicable to 1 It is expected that the Client Data may include: (i) Agronomic Data - crop and field information, such as planting data, seed type, yield, disease and pest management application, fertilization, and prescriptions; and (ii) Land Data - soil and fertility data, topographical, elevation, watershed, and drainage data, geospatial information, and tillage and conservation data.

  • Continuum has no obligation to retain or ‘backup’ any Client Agronomic Data and, at its option, may at any time retain or irretrievably delete all or any portion of the Client Agronomic Data, unless a Business Relationship is entered into and the Parties expressly agree in writing that the Services will include storage of Client Agronomic Data for a stated period of time (and if no period of time is stated, such obligation shall terminate no later than the termination of the Business Relationship).

  • The undersigned agrees to recommend to all holders of the capital stock of Holding Company ("HOLDING COMPANY STOCK") that they vote in favor of the Merger.
