Agreement Wage Rate is the salary for the employee’s substantive classification under the Agreement’s Salary and Wages Schedule (refer Schedule A). “Technical Employee”, for the purpose of this Schedule, is an employee engaged to perform shift work (as described above and identified in the Core Career Path Document for System Operators) in the Brisbane and Nambour Control Rooms.
