Agreement Records definition

Agreement Records means all Records: created for the purpose of performing this Agreement; incorporated in, supplied or required to be supplied along with the Records referred to in paragraph (a) above; or copied or derived from Records referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b); and includes all Reports. 'Agreement Term' means the Initial Agreement Term plus any extension agreed in accordance with clause 12 [Extension of this Agreement].

Agreement Records. Any and all books, records, documents, information, data, papers, letters, materials, and computerized or electronic storage data and media, whether written, printed, computerized, electronic or electrical, however collected or preserved which is or was produced, developed, maintained, completed, received or compiled by or at the direction of the SUBRECIPIENT or any subcontractor in carrying out the duties and obligations required by the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, financial books and records, ledgers, drawings, maps, pamphlets, designs, electronic tapes, computer drives and diskettes or surveys.   • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Collateral Records means books, records, ledger cards, files, correspondence, customer lists, blueprints, technical specifications, manuals, computer software, computer printouts, tapes, disks and related data processing software and similar items that at any time evidence or contain information relating to any of the Collateral or are otherwise necessary or helpful in the collection thereof or realization thereupon.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images.
