Agreed Proposals means the parties reach agreement on the majority of issues in dispute and a written Mediation Summary is produced reflecting that agreement at the end of the mediation. A “Mediation Summary”, which may also be termed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), means the recorded details of the proposals agreed in the mediation process in all or some of the areas identified at the start of the mediation. This may, where appropriate, include an Open Financial Summary. What this document looks like is not prescriptive, but the Mediation summary should be consistent with the F’s professional standards and Code of Practice and reflect the position at the end of the mediation.
