AGPI or “Respondent AGPI” means Ardagh Glass Packaging Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; the joint ventures, subsidiaries, partnerships, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by Ardagh Glass Packaging Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
