AGOR definition

AGOR means GOR less the TPOA Net Operating Income of all Third-Party Operated Areas. For the avoidance of doubt, all GOR from Third-Party Licensed Areas shall be included in the calculation of GOR. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Operating Agreement, in no event shall the Base Fee be less than US$500,000 for each Operating Year.
