AGI Group means AGI Development Group Nominees Pty Limited as trustee of the AGI Development Group Trust (ABN 40 942 585 956), AGI Development Group Pty Limited
AGI Group means AGI, the Subsidiaries and any partnerships in which AGI or any Subsidiary has an interest, when taken as a whole; (f) "control" (including the terms "controlled by" and "under common control with") means the possession, directly or indirectly or as trustee or executor, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a person, whether through the ownership of voting securities, as trustee or executor, by contract or credit arrangement or otherwise; (g) "Governmental Authority" means any United States (federal, state or local), foreign or supra-national Government, or governmental, regulatory or administrative authority, agency or commission; (h) "Knowledge," with respect to AGI, means the actual knowledge of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
